Here are a few photos taken just recently. I hope that I can get them down in the order that is needed to match the text but if not , you’ll probably figure it all out no problem.
There are four pictures of the tables under the shelter showing off an array of the vegetables set out for the last CSA pickup of the 2012 season. Five varieties of sweet peppers; baskets of tomatoes and garlic, tomatoes are ripened, partially ripened and green; eggplant, carrot, parsnip, hot pepper, cauliflower and tomatillo;
and the 4th photo is of cherry tomatoes, leek, garlic and tomatoe.
There are two pictures of the trees at the back, about the same spot, a week apart; cottonwoods, aspen, ash, manitoba maple and more.
The same view along the kale row that has appeared
at different times throughout the summer and a closeup of a typical kale plant, this one being a dwarf green scotch.
There are seven cats keeping cozy in the sunshine at the front of the house. This is our 23 year old Wimpy horse quietly grazing ; the photo a week prior showed the team
pulling the wagon on the road in the background; and the final picture shows our goat, far left , with the sheep and the fall colours.
